This is the second edition of the English translation of Vahan Hambartsumian's "Kiughashkharh" originally published in Paris, France in 1927 on the Daron Publishing House imprint. Translated from Armenian into English by Murad A. Meneshian, this book focuses on the village of Govdoon (Göydün, Turkey) in the Hafik region within the Province of Sepastia (Sivas, Turkey) beginning in the early 19th century up until the Armenian Genocide in 1915.
