This collection is a labor of love in every way. Everything Jack Antreassian wrote was a product of his passion and love-for the world, for the Armenian community, for those near and dear. Generous and devoted friends, who admired Jack's energy of behalf of the Armenian community and loved his character, integrity, and work, commissioned an anthology of his writing on the first anniversary of his passing. It could not be all-inclusive but would capture the essence of Jack's thought and spirit. His daughter spent the year rereading his work and excerpting it for the anthology; grateful for having been able to hear once again, thought his writing, the voice she so sorely missed.
