APPLES OF PARADISE: Armenian Folk Tales and Spirituality
By Robert Béla Wilhelm
These jottings are simply "thoughts and concepts", and ideas are hard to communicate. We use a word, and we think the word has a clear meaning when we say something like "Life." But everyone hears the word "Life" differently. Our own ideas are different from other people's ideas. Only in the rich and complex images of storytelling can we find the deepest and the most profound meanings of words as short and simple as "Life."
