AVEDIS' STORY: An Armenian Boy's Journey

This is the story of Avedis, who was born in Sheykh Hadji, in Ottoman Turkey. He survived the Armenian Genocide of 1915 by going into hiding with his mother and siblings, and escaping to Russia. He lived through the Russian revolution and civil war, and managed to come to the USA. He thereafter lived to strike new roots and become a good American citizen.
