DR. PAMELA STEINER, Senior Fellow, FXB Center for Health and Human
Rights, TH Chan School of Public Health, Harvard University

Over the last 17 years, Dr. Pamela Steiner's work at FXB has been to contribute to improving relationships among Armenians, Turks and Azerbaijanis. The lessons she has taken about what might be needed to achieve something positive among Armenians, Turks and Azerbaijanis is pulled together in her recent interdisciplinary book, Collective Trauma and the Armenian Genocide: Armenian, Turkish and Azerbaijani Relations Since 1839. During these years Steiner continued to practice psychotherapy, focusing most on work with traumatized individuals.
